Hi, I’m Cassandra and I am a 3rd Dan Instructor from Windsor Dojang. I started my martial arts journey as a teenager in WTF style taekwondo and achieved 1st Dan Kukkiwon rank.
I am a mother to 2 children and I am motivated to show them the best I can be, to be a role model to them. When I’m not training in the Dojang, I enjoy studying science and have recently completed a University Degree in Nutrition Physiology. I really enjoy motivating others to endeavour on their martial arts journey.
