GM Frost invites all students to attend a weekend of fun and training.
All students are welcome to attend but younger students must be accompanied by a parent.
Accommodation – bring your caravan, camper or swag.

Itinerary
Friday – from 4pm check in, dinner at 6pm followed by some fun events. 10pm bed.
Saturday – 7am Run, 8am Breakfast, 9am Official Bow in and welcome, 9.15am – 12pm training, 12pm –
1pm Lunch, 1pm – 5pm training, 6pm
Dinner, 7.30pm Talent show (you can sing, dance, tell jokes, do a demo etc.) 10pm bed.
Sunday – 7am Exercise and stretch, 8am Breakfast, 9am – 12pm training, 12pm – 12.30pm sausage sizzle,
12.30pm – 2.30pm training. 3pm Bow out and end of camp.
