If this is your first time logging in to Toogee’s online system, please Submit a Support Ticket including the following information:

A support team member will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on resetting your password for the first time to allow you to log in.

Please keep in mind that each student/user must have a unique email address

Once you have successfully logged in, you are then able to set your password to something of your choosing via the “My Account” menu option (Click on the “cog” on the right hand side of your Profile Page.

If you have previously logged in to the online system, click the Password Reset menu option available through the Members Menu and also available at the bottom of the Login Page



There currently appears to be an issue with the Password Reset process where the email is being sent out without the reset password link, rendering the email useless. I believe I may know what is causing this and will continue testing so that I can be sure. If you experience this issue with the password reset email, please submit a ticket and your specific issue will be sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience 🙂
